This artwork is a view of Stanthorpe from Mt. Marley lookout. Stanthorpe is a picturesque town, whether by day or night. As much as a still image is able to convey a sense of passing time, I’ve attempted to show the transition from daylight to night fall.
Canon 5d Mk3 35-70mm lens shot at 35mm @ f8 tripod mounted. The final image is a composite of 4 separate images shot over time, then merged using layers/masking in photoshop. No colour adjustments were made, just minor local adjustments to exposure levels.
