My contribution to this exhibition is an intensely personal one. In my mind’s eye, each photograph triggers clear—and sometimes blurry—recollections of my childhood through to early adulthood that align with the joys, sadness, forebodings, and liberations that punctuated that period of my life. Fortunately, without the immediacy or intensity of the consequences at the time.
