Graphite and Charcoal on paper

Height: 59cm. Width: 49cm.

My son with his pet chicken. A beautiful image of love and compassion, portraying a child's innocence.

Greg Dachs was born and raised on the Granite Belt. Greg spent the majority of his adolescence traveling abroad before returning to the area only in recent years, with his wife and two young children. From a young age he found enjoyment in drawing but would put it aside while traveling. Entirely self taught, he enjoys working in many mediums, including metal sculptures, but his real passion lies in graphite and charcoal realism. Greg’s work displays his day to day life as a father and nature lover.
