Blue Mindscape | Linda Fardoe
Archival giclee on Canson rag paper and ink pens. (Unique state)
Height: 42cm. Width: 149cm.
This began as a large pen/ink drawing 150cm x 60cm, professionally scanned then manipulated by me in Photoshop. Professionally printed as an archival Giclee on Canson rag paper for me to continue drawing with blue and white pens, making the image unique. I use traditional drawing techniques and contemporary technology.
The sun disappeared. I was alone in the forest with no means of communication, provoking panic and thoughts of dark stories by the Brothers Grimm. The landscape became a metaphor for my mind. Blue Mindscape, travelling left to right, is my emotional journey through changing forest zones and shifting moods.
