The Stanthorpe Writers’ Group, in conjunction with the Stanthorpe Regional Art Gallery, are offering three short workshops aimed at improving writing skills for aspiring authors or those simply wishing to improve their writing skills for enjoyment. The workshops are free and will be offered on consecutive Thursdays, starting on October 12th.

The sessions will be led by a number of published authors and will include sessions on ‘How to get started’, ‘Writing techniques’ and ‘Getting published’.

The workshops are open to anyone and will be informal in style. They are aimed at participants at any skill level, experience and will accommodate all writing genres. The number of participants will be limited, and bookings will be essential.
