Art can stimulate a change in your ideas, create strong feelings of belonging or identification or turn you right off. Sometimes people experience visceral reactions through like or dislike or can become super motivated or inspired. But all the art you view is filtered through the aperture of your own mind.
This workshop is experiential and is a chance to focus on your own observations of art pieces exhibited during the current exhibition. You will have a chance to apply several unusual breathing practices which can influence the way you see art, the way you see yourself viewing the art and possibly your attitude to different styles.
Teacher Linda Rago says, “My intention is to create a fabulously interesting and enjoyable two hours for your experience.”
$15 per person. Please RSVP to admin@srag.org.au or 07 4681 1874.
